Cancellation Policy - Villa Gran Vista

Cancellations must be communicated to the B&B as soon as possible in writing or by telephone. The following rules apply:

  1. For cancellations up to 14 days prior to the arrival date, a 30% fee will be charged for the total reservation costs.
  2. For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival date and/or no-shows on the arrival date, a 100% fee will be charged for the total reservation costs.
  3. In the event of early departure during the stay, no rental fees will be refunded.

The fee must be paid to the B&B within 14 days of cancellation to the account specified in the previously sent confirmation.
